ALL STONEHAM SPIRIT STORE ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER

Each piece is custom produced specifically for you once your order is placed, please allow up to 10-14 business days for production.

Because each order is custom produced *all sales are final*
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Customized (name/number) orders
• Limited edition drops

During peak seasons (pre-season, playoffs, holidays) processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation once your order is complete.

We appreciate your patience and support - every order helps us maintain quality and continue building something strong for our community.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To request a resolution, email:

• Order number
• A clear photo of item/issue
• A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

 

FINAL SALE NOTICE
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are not issued unless the item is confirmed defective.
